Thank you so much for shopping Southern Honey! We try our best to accurately represent our clothing, but if for some reason you get your package and it’s not exactly what you’re wanting, we want to fix it! We understand how different items fit people differently, and we want you to look and feel gorgeous in your Southern Honey goodies!  You’ll find our return policy below and instructions for what to do in case you need to return!

Return Policy:  No refunds on returns: store credit only.  All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.  All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags in the original location.  All clothing is subject to a thorough inspection before return is approved.  NO refunds or exchanges on sale items.  All sale items FINAL sale. Buyer pays return shipping on all returns.

When we receive your return, we’ll issue you online store credit right away so you can find something else you love!

We want you to feel as cared about and as special as you truly are to us!  As soon as we receive your return, we will issue you store credit and email you letting you know it’s been received. Your store credit can be used on our online store only.

Our store hours are Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm.  We ALWAYS answer the phone during store hours. Please do not leave a message via phone. Email us for any customer service needs.  If you e-mail us Monday-Saturday, we try to return all customer emails asap.  If you email us on a Sunday, we’ll get back to you Monday morning!  We rest on Sundays! ;)

*** If you’re returning shoes, please wrap the box before sending them! If we receive a damaged box, we cannot accept the return.
